Workshop: Agile Digital Project Manager
Next workshops:
Make no mistake, delivering a digital project on time and on budget is challenging. For example while small projects have a 62% success rate, for moderately sized projects only 21% are successful. It’s even lower for medium to large projects[1]. Failure is expensive.
Managing a project is not just the project manager’s role. It’s everyone’s job including the product manager or digital head who is responsible for initiating a project; as well as creative/production and development to interpret requirements and stay on track. A successful project requires everyone to understand the processes involved. Also critically important are communication and conflict resolution skills. Being flexible, managing stakeholders, and pre-empting problems and therefore managing risk are often underrated.
In this one-day intensive workshop we cover how to be an agile project manager, with a focus on the soft skills as well as technical skills. You’ll learn when to use agile (and when not) and have the confidence, knowledge and tools and techniques needed to deliver a successful project from start to finish.
Our hands-on agile project management training is powerful – small class sizes, highly interactive and taught by expert Vishy Narayanan.
